How can I get the N-Tester BT for free?

As a Yara fertiliser user, you can order an N-Tester BT on a free annual lease. In YaraPlus, you can either request a voucher if you qualify, or redeem a voucher that you've already received.

1) Before you order

Please review these important details before activating your lease:

• YaraPlus account
  • The N-Tester BT is available to order in Germany via your YaraPlus account.
  • If you haven't already done so, register a free YaraPlus account and set your country to Germany. The country can't be changed after registration. If your account is registered to a country other than Germany, you'll need to delete it and create a new one with the correct country.

• Crop compatibility
  • The N-Tester BT works with specific crops and varieties. Check crop compatibility

• Lease duration
  • Leases are valid for one year.
  • Leases automatically renew each year free of charge. Should this ever change, we'll inform you well in advance, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to continue with or cancel the lease.
  • You can cancel your lease and return the device at any time if necessary.

• Terms of use
  • The N-Tester BT remains the property of Yara.
  • The N-Tester BT may only be used in compliance with the Yara Digital Farming Terms and YaraPlus Digital Farming Terms.

2) Get a voucher code (if you don't have one)

You can activate your free N-Tester BT lease using a voucher code received from your Yara contact or via email. Alternatively, you can request a code in YaraPlus as follows:

1. Open YaraPlus Shop:
   • Browser: Hover over the sidebar to expand the menu and select Products & Services.
   • Mobile app: Tap Discover in the bottom bar, then scroll down and tap Open Product & Services.
2. Browser: Select N-Tester BT in the left navigation bar. / Mobile app: Select N-Tester BT in the top selection bar.
   • If the option isn't visible, ensure your country is set to Germany in your account settings.
3. Click Get N-Tester BT.
   • If the button is disabled, the N-Tester BT is out of stock. Please check back later.
4. Select Request voucher.
5. These are the requirements for receiving a voucher:
   • Minimum purchase quantity of 25 t of solid Yara products or 25 m³ of liquid Yara products
   • Product delivery between 1 May 2026 and 30 April 2027
   • Delivery notes and invoices accepted as the only proof of purchase
6. Click Upload file and select the proof of purchase you want to upload, or drag and drop them into the upload page.
   • You can upload multiple files in these formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG.
   • The total file size must not exceed 10 MB.
7. Click Request voucher to submit the request.
   • You can view your request under Products & Services > N-Tester BT > View last request.
8. We'll review the submitted documents and get back to you by email. If your purchase meets the criteria, you'll receive your voucher code by email.
   • If your request was denied, you can request a code again.

3) Redeem voucher and order your device

Follow these steps to order the N-Tester BT and activate your lease in YaraPlus:

1. Open YaraPlus Shop:
   • Browser: Hover over the sidebar to expand the menu and select Products & Services.
   • Mobile app: Tap Discover in the bottom bar, then scroll down and tap Open Product & Services.
2. Browser: Select N-Tester BT in the left navigation bar. / Mobile app: Select N-Tester BT in the top selection bar.
   • If the option isn't visible, ensure your country is set to Germany in your account settings.
3. Click Get N-Tester BT.
   • If the button is disabled, the N-Tester BT is out of stock. Please check back later.
4. Select Redeem voucher.
5. Copy the received voucher code from your email and enter it in the first input field.
6. Enter your shipping details in the following input fields.
7. Read the YaraPlus Terms of Use, then tick the box to confirm your agreement.
8. Click Order N-Tester BT to submit your order.
9. The N-Tester BT will be shipped to the provided shipping address free of charge within three to five working days. Check your email inbox for confirmation and delivery updates.
