How do I cancel my N-Tester BT lease and return the device?

Your N-Tester BT lease is valid for one year. You'll be notified well in advance of the expiry date of your lease. Currently, we renew the lease automatically each year free of charge. Should this ever change, we'll inform you well in advance, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to continue with or cancel the lease.

How to request a replacement

Cancelling your lease

You can cancel your lease anytime before the expiration date and return the device after your lease ends. We'll pay for the return shipment. All you have to do is pack the device securely and hand it in. Cancelling your lease doesn't affect its current validity, you can use the N-Tester BT until the expiration date.

Cancel your lease as follows:

1. Web app: Hover over the sidebar to expand the menu and select Products & Services. / Mobile app: Tap Discover in the bottom bar, scroll down the page and select Open Product & services.
2. Web app: Click N-Tester BT in the left navigation bar. / Mobile app: Select N-Tester BT in the top bar.
3. Click Return device.
4. Enter your shipping details in the input fields.
5. Click Request return label to submit your request.
6. We'll prepare your prepaid DHL return label and send you an email once it's ready. Check your inbox for the shipping label and instructions.

Returning the device

Once your lease has ended, return the device:

1. Place the N-Tester BT in the provided protective suitcase.
2. Securely pack the suitcase and attach the return label to the package.
3. Drop the package off at your nearest DHL station.
