How can I view uploaded documents and their status? Why was my uploaded document rejected?

Once uploaded, your document will be verified by us. This process should take no longer than three working days. If the document is approved, points will be credited to your Yara Rewards account. We'll keep you updated on the status of your document via email.

Please note the requirements to ensure approval of your uploaded document:

• Valid proof of purchase are delivery notes, your BigBags, and invoices.
• The supported file formats for document uploads are PDF, JPG, or PNG.
• The invoice date must not be more than 12 months in the past.
• The invoice number and the distributor must be legible.
• It must be clearly recognisable that it's a Yara product and in what quantity it was purchased.
• The document should state whether the goods are BigBags or loose goods.

View all uploaded documents and their status in YaraPlus as follows:

1. Click Open Rewards in the app overview on the YaraPlus homepage to access the Rewards page. Note that you can access the Rewards page from anywhere in your YaraPlus account by using the app launcher located in the header and selecting Rewards.
2. Web: Click Documents in the left navigation bar. / Mobile: Click Documents in the menu bar.
3. View all your uploaded documents in the table, including the upload date, file name, document ID, and their current status.
4. Click the status of a document to view the uploaded files and more information.
   • Pending: The document is being reviewed. This should take no longer than three working days.
   • Approved: The document was successfully verified and points credited to your Yara Rewards account.
   • Rejected: We couldn't verify the document because it didn't fulfil at least one of the above requirements. Please take another picture of the document and upload it again. If the document still gets rejected, please contact our support team and provide the files you're trying to upload.
