I did not enter the verification code and cannot complete the registration.

If you closed YaraPlus before entering the verification code, your account may already have been created. When you try to register again with the same email address, YaraPlus may tell you that a user with this email address already exists.

 

To complete your registration, sign in with the email address and password you used during registration, then verify your email address.

 

 

Complete your registration

 

  1. Sign in to YaraPlus with the email address and password you entered during registration.
  2. When asked, enter the verification code sent to your email address.
    • Check your email inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from YaraPlus.
    • Verification codes are valid for 24 hours. If the code has expired, select Resend code in YaraPlus to get a new one.
  3. Enter the verification code in YaraPlus to confirm your email address.
  4. After your email address has been verified, you'll be directed to your YaraPlus account.

 

 

Why email verification is important

 

Email verification is required if you ever need to reset your password. Without a verified email address, you won't be able to receive a password reset email.

 

 

Troubleshooting

 

  • I can't find the verification email: Check your spam folder, then select Resend code in YaraPlus.
  • My verification code doesn't work: Check that you've entered the code correctly. If the code is older than 24 hours, select Resend code.
  • I forgot my password: Use the password reset option on the YaraPlus sign-in page. This only works if your email address has already been verified.
