I have a broken N-Tester BT. How can I request a replacement?

If your N-Tester BT is defective or malfunctioning, we'll naturally replace the device.

 

 

 

When to request a replacement

 

  • Physical damage (cracked housing, broken clamp, loose parts)
  • Device won't turn on after battery steps in the troubleshooting guide
  • Red LED persists after battery replacement and contact check
  • Water ingress or corrosion visible

How to request and receive a replacement

 

  1. Open the contact form.
  2. Fill in the requested details.
  3. In the description box, add the following information:
    • N-Tester BT serial number (on the device)
    • Description of the issue/damage (this helps us assess the device)
    • Shipping address and contact phone
    • (Optional) Phone model + Android/iOS version if the issue is app-related
  4. We'll review your request and confirm the replacement by email.
  5. You'll receive a prepaid DHL return label and instructions.
  6. Place the defective N-Tester BT in the provided protective suitcase.
  7. Securely pack the suitcase and attach the return label to the package.
  8. Drop the package off at your nearest DHL station.
  9. Once we've received the defective device, we'll ship the replacement device to your provided shipping address.
