Once you've added your grassland field to YaraPlus, you can define a soil profile and set legal limits in YaraPlus GrassN. These inputs, such as clay content, organic matter, phosphorus, pH, workable nitrogen, nitrogen from manure and phosphate, will directly influence the nitrogen forecast.
You can either use the suggested defaults or adjust the values manually to better reflect your field's actual conditions.
Proceed as follows:
- Open YaraPlus GrassN:
- Web app: Hover over the sidebar to expand the menu and select GrassN.
- Mobile app: Tap Discover in the bottom bar, then select Open GrassN.
- Click Setup next to the desired field.
- Enter soil data:
- Either keep the suggested values or use the pen icon to edit them manually.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Enter legal limits:
- Either keep the suggested values or use the pen icon to edit them manually.
- Click Save to confirm.
Your soil attributes and legal limits are now set. YaraPlus GrassN will use this data to generate more accurate nitrogen recommendations for your grassland.
