I forgot my password and cannot log in. How can I reset it?

If you forgot your password and are unable to log in to your YaraPlus account, please follow these steps:

1. Click Forgot password? on the YaraPlus login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your YaraPlus account in the input field.
3. Click Send to send a verification code to the email address.
4. Check your email inbox, including spam folder, for a verification code sent by YaraPlus.
   • Important: Reset emails can only be sent to your email address if you've confirmed it after registering your YaraPlus account. How to confirm your e-mail
   • The code is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, click Resend code in YaraPlus to get a new one.
   • If you can't find the email, click Resend code in YaraPlus to get a new one. For help, contact our support team.
5. Enter the verification code from the email in the input field in YaraPlus, then create a new password in the field below.
6. Click Confirm to save the new password.
7. Log in to YaraPlus with the new password and your email address.
